Today Bronya and Sammie talk to someone with a different perspective on the cake industry, and that is Henry from LissieLou.

A family run business LissieLou produce modern cake decorating tools and supplies, as well have have their own school both in person and online. Henry talks about how they develop LissieLou's innovative cake products, their brand ambassadors, the cake school and how they bring their brand to the large cake shows that are coming up in the next couple of months.

It's a fascinating insight into a different side of our business.
