This Episode, Bronya and Sammie finally tackle branding with Aiza from Studio Coya.

Aiza is an expert in branding food businesses, so was the perfect person to chat too. They talk about everything from the foundations of Brand Strategy to what your clients see with your visuals.

It's taken a while for us to get here, but we're pleased we finally did. Branding is such an important part of your business and this is a great episode to get your started.

This week Bronya and Sammie chat through the cake trends we're seeing for 2023. From Comic 2 D cakes to tall structural wedding cakes, from colours to flavours, they chat through everything they se as being popular this year.

They also explain what to do if a trends isn't your 'thing' and how to make them commercially viable so you're not out of pocket.

Also, the cake maker that uses stencils that Sammie couldn't remember the name of is Angela Morrison!
