Natalie is a former EHO and a Chartered Food Safety Expert. We ask her as many food safety questions as we could fit into 1 episode. We talk about hand washing sinks, fridge temperatures, pets, certificates and much more.
Let's face it, if you're not a cake maker you probably won't understand our excitement.

Not only did she win Bake International Best in Show, she also won gold for her flower entry for Cake International.
